Returns Policy

  1. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped and you receive shipping intimation via email and/or SMS to your registered mobile.

  2. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you can refuse delivery if you do not want the item.

  3. If you have made an online payment using EBS Payment Gateway and refuse delivery of the item, intimate us immediately with details of payment made for. Your refund will be processed after due verification of payment made and receipt of item by the seller.

  4. Returns are not accepted for consumable items. Non-returnable items are marked on the product detail page.

  5. If a received item is damaged/defective, you may choose to dispose it at your convenience. The 10 day time-frame (from the date of delivery) is for customers to contact us and request for a refund on their order.

  6. Items that you no longer need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories including keys, straps and locks intact.

  7. For damaged/defective items, items with missing parts or item not as described, replacement will be offered by the seller, if the issue is reported within 10 business days of receipt of items. Replacement may be offered for the entire product or part(s) of the product.

  8. Kisaankranti does not provide any guarantee/ warranty to Buyers for products sold on the website against technical / manufacturing defects.

  9. Kisaankranti recommends / expects that Buyers read through the product warranty / guarantee information provided by the Seller in the website listing or contact the Seller before completing their purchase(s) on Kisaankranti.

  10. Kisaankranti will not entertain claims of Buyers who have incurred loss due to delayed shipment or delivery of the item by the Seller.

  11. Registering claims against Sellers does not automatically entitle the Buyer to a refund or replacement for the Buyer for product purchased. We will verify the claim so raised and may process only such claims that are at Kisaankranti's sole discretion, valid and genuine.

  12. Return of item/s shall not be entertained under the following conditions:

    a) Return request is made outside the specified time frame

    b) Return request is made outside the specified time frame

    c) Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty

    d) Any consumable item which has been used or installed

    e) Products with tampered or missing serial numbers

    f) Anything missing from the package returned including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories

    g) Made-to-order / customised items

    h) Item was purchased outside of Kisaankranti platform (ex direct payment to seller by cheque, DD, cash, bank transfer)
